CASPAM: a triple modality biosensor for multiplexed imaging of caspase network activity

This is a co-first author publication from my PhD project.

After my previous work, I noticed that biosensors introduced into the cascade were delaying signal propagation and that different concentrations of biosensors produced different delays. My colleague developed a plasmid encoding all three biosensors and we quantified and characterized how their correlated concentration made the delays be correlated as well.
