For this paper, I aided with the image analysis of several experiments and the statistical analysis. You can find a detailed discussion and the necessary code in the iqbal_nuclei_segmenter. I analyzed 3D images of organoids to identify differences in nuceli sizes, as well as identify abnormally big nuclei, and live versus dead cell experiments with calcein-AM and Propidium-Iodide stainings.
