Applying Cellpose to segment and categorize nuclei in neurospheres.
This is a project I worked on while at BioImage Informatics Unit, National Bioinformatics Infrastructure Sweden and SciLifeLab. The project was part of AI4Life Open Call 2, and I was in charge of the project as well as data submission to BioImage Archive. The goal of the project was to segment nuclei from 3d light sheet images of neurospheres and identify motor neurons by nuclear staining. The project was delivered as a repository with Python scripts and notebooks to run the pipeline.
