Cleaning reverberation artifacts in 3D ultrasound images
Reverberation artifacts appeared in 3D ultrasound images generated by a prototype system. As a bioimage analysis consultant, I developed a reproducible Python prototype pipeline to process ultrasound image stacks and reduce these artifacts.
The workflow applies Fourier and wavelet analysis to identify and remove reverberation patterns, producing cleaner images for downstream use.
