Segmentation of cavernous malformations using MRI scans of mouse brain

Python segmentation of Cerebral Cavernous Malformations in magentic resonance images of mouse brain.

This is a project I worked on while at BioImage Informatics Unit, National Bioinformatics Infrastructure Sweden and SciLifeLab. The goal of the was to segment Cavernous Malformations in mouse brain magnetic resonance images (MRI). As the user was experienced in Python, we decided to use Napari for visualization and interactive labelling and machine learning training. I delivered a repository containing the code to visualize, train and analyze more images.
